Providing care is something most of us do lovingly and willingly, but there are considerations and realities that can make this exchange difficult at times. This article addresses some of these concerns and is a shout out to everyone who is making this delicate balancing act work healthfully and well, while acknowledging those who are still navigating the constantly changing waters of caring for older parents, partners, siblings, or friends.
